ID checks and responsible drinking
Alcohol is age-restricted: you must be 18 or over to order, and our retailers operate a Challenge 25 policy. If the driver thinks you look under 25, they’ll ask for photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) before handing over your order — exactly as a shop would at the till. If ID can’t be shown, the alcohol can’t be left. This protects you, the driver and the retailer.
