We are sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Snappy Shopper/Business Name account and the personal data associated with your account by submitting the form below.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your request has been completed, you may lose access to your account, order history, saved addresses, favourites, preferences and other account features.

Deleting your account does not affect any legal rights or obligations linked to previous orders. We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

What Happens to Your Data?

When we receive your request, we will review it and take steps to delete or anonymise the personal data associated with your account from our active systems, unless we need to retain limited information for a lawful reason.

Security and fraud prevention dataWe may retain limited security logs, device identifiers or fraud-prevention records where necessary to protect our platform, retailers, customers and partners.
Marketing preferencesMarketing preferences associated with your account will be deleted as part of the account deletion process. If you have separately subscribed to marketing communications outside of your account, you may need to unsubscribe separately.

We will process your request without undue delay and normally within one month. If we need further information to verify your identity or process your request, we will contact you.
