Chulo's Stuffed Cookies began in 2021 in Glasgow by Jordan and Rebecca from their home kitchen. Chulo's began as a side project selling stuffed cookies to their friends and family. In 2022, Chulo's moved into a bakery and also opened their first shop in Finnieston whilst still doing as many markets as they could. In 2023, they opened their second shop in Stockbridge and started doing large capacity festivals and events.
