Williams Chase Elegant Crisp Gin 70cl

The most complicated gin in the world... Thank you for choosing our gin - it is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made out of vodka, so when we set out to make our fine gin we needed the perfect vodka. So after much experimenting, we have turned our organic apples into cider & turned our cider into vodka then distilled our vodka into this elegantly crisp gin to make the perfect gin martini (because a real martini is made from gin!). Each batch is distilled 100 times by passing twice through our copper pot & unique 70 foot column, with 42 bubble plates, then finished in our pretty little carter head style still, 'Ginny', to give you this gin with tears and a perfect pedigree.
