⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your request has been completed, you may lose access to your account, order history, saved addresses, favourites, preferences and other account features.

Deleting your account does not affect any legal rights or obligations linked to previous orders. We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

What Happens to Your Data?

When we receive your request, we will review it and take steps to delete or anonymise the personal data associated with your account from our active systems, unless we need to retain limited information for a lawful reason.

This may include:

Account profile information	Your account profile details, such as your name, email address and phone number, will be deleted or anonymised unless retention is required for a lawful reason.
Saved addresses and preferences	Saved delivery addresses, favourites, preferences and similar account settings will be deleted or anonymised.
Order history and transaction records	Order history linked to your account will be deleted or anonymised where possible. We may retain limited transaction records where needed for tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Support records	Support tickets and related communications may be deleted or anonymised where possible. We may retain limited records where needed to manage complaints, disputes, legal claims or regulatory obligations.
Security and fraud prevention data	We may retain limited security logs, device identifiers or fraud-prevention records where necessary to protect our platform, retailers, customers and partners.
Marketing preferences	Marketing preferences associated with your account will be deleted as part of the account deletion process. If you have separately subscribed to marketing communications outside of your account, you may need to unsubscribe separately.

We will process your request without undue delay and normally within one month. If we need further information to verify your identity or process your request, we will contact you.

We will only retain this information where we have a lawful reason to do so and only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Financial Records: Transaction IDs and purchase history for tax and accounting purposes.
Security Data: Server logs and device IDs associated with malicious activity to prevent fraud and platform abuse.
