The Co-op Greaseproof and Baking Paper can be used in conventional, combination or microwave ovens. It allows food to turn out from tins and trays after cooking. This paper is suitable for all types of baking including cakes, soufflés, biscuits and quiches and can also be used when baking fish. When freezing food, separate portions with greaseproof and baking paper to prevent sticking. Portions can be used individually.
