Jacob's Creek Reserve Chardonnay 750ml

Grapes from across Australia are reserved to produce a rich Chardonnay. We selected vineyards that produce a wine of ripe peach, melon and fresh acidity that is complemented by creamy malo with smooth toasted oak. Enjoy now on its own or with grilled vegetables, fish or chicken. Daniel Swincer, Winemaker - Jacob's Creek Reserve 2020, 13 ABV, 9,8 Units, 75 cl - The juice was processed with minimal maceration time then cool fermented using aromatic yeast strains. Extended yeast-less contact built weight and texture. - One the nose, white peach, lemon tart, with hints of pavlova and enticing vanilla undertones. A warm and generous mouthfeel filled with nectarine and a spicy charred finish. - It's a great wine for special occasions and refined dinners. Serve it at 7-10 C and enjoy it with Cauliflower gratin, Creamy risotto, Cesar salad, Roast chicken, Potato gnocchi, camembert, brie, chicken burger, Pork belly with apple sauce
