HOW DOES MY DEVICE GET COLLECTED?. - Place order on relavant device. Driver will collect once at the door and provide receipt.
HOW DO I GET MY DEVICE RETURNED? - Once completion of work, store will contact you arrange drop off time.~
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN?- Price of return is included in item.
DIAGNOSTICS, WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE? - This is a full check of the device. Once this has been complete, store while phone and advise of cost, timescale and what option to take.
HOW LONG DOES REPAIR TAKE? - On average a repair will take 3-4 hours depending on capacity.
WHAT WARRANTY IS THERE? - All repairs will come with a years warranty, providing no physical damage.
DO YOU PROVIDE SCREEN PROTECTION? - Screen protections are avaialble to purchase, however with every screen repair there will one included.
WILL MY DATA BE LOST? - Customer will be notified if there is a risk of lost of data.
WHAT IF DEVICE CAN NOT REPAIRED? - Full refund will be given on all orders with the exception of the diagnostics.
NON OEM MESSAGE, WHAT IS THIS? - Apple devices may show the following message "IMPORTANT DISPLAY MESSAGE" before it disappears into the settings withing 48 hours - This does not effect the device or performance in any way, but it is promoted by Apple for use of their own screens.
