Cairn o' Mohr Elderflower 75cl

The green hillsides around us are dotted with white swatches of elder bushes in June. We pick the creamy flower heads, remove the stalks in a circle of gossip and banter, then capture their hypnotic scent in our wine tanks and ferment them into this beautifully light, summery, medium sweet and tangy wine. Good with cheese.
