Summary. Win a voucher to be redeemed on Snappy Shopper up to the value of £100 via Snappy Shopper Facebook page.
 

All data collected as part of a Snappy Shopper competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection and as set out in privacy policy.

Eligibility Entrants must not be employed by or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by a member of Snappy Shopper. Entrants must be 18 years old or over
 

Entry. One entry per person
 

Entrants must follow instructions on how to enter via each post per channel on the Snappy Shopper social media pages. 
The entrant must also; like or follow the page they have entered on.
 

Entrants must enter between 9am 12/09/2023 and 9am on 10/10/2023. 
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
 

If a prize is unable to be delivered or collected, Snappy Shopper reserves the right to select an alternative winner or re-distribute the prize in a future competition or prize draw. 

Snappy Shopper has no responsibility to anyone who has not collected the prize and no compensation will be due.
 

The draw. A winner will be chosen at random on 10th of October 2023

Image Rights Terms And Conditions Terms and Conditions

You as the Creator of the Content (all text, imagery, slogan, design or other artwork contained in the Post) retain all ownership of the Content and grant limited rights to Us and our subsidiaries or assigns as described in the content licence terms outlined below

This Agreement sets out the terms that Snappy Shopper (the “Licensee”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and you as the Content Creator (the “Creator” “You”) have agreed in relation to Our use of the Content.

Term. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") shall commence upon the date of acceptance of these terms by You and shall continue until terminated by either party. You may request termination by sending an email to us at marketing@snappyshopper.co.uk You should note that if you request termination, we may not be able to remove the Content from publications already in circulation.
 

Proprietary Rights. You grant Us and all companies within our Group (subsidiary and holding companies as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006) a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable licence to reproduce, distribute, display and to create derivative works from the materials contained in the Content in any media, including Our printed publications, presentations, promotional materials, website, social media platforms or any other medium.

Promotional Use. You grant Us the right to use Your user name, profile image, pseudonym and/or image in connection with authorised uses of the Content and Post.
 

Credit, Attribution and Linking. We may (but are not obliged to) give You credit in connection with the use of the Post by identifying You in conjunction with the content of the Post as displayed. We may also provide a link to the Post, to the extent available, on the source network (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
 

Warranties and Representations. By clicking accept, You warrant and represent that the Posts are Your original works, and do not now and will not violate any existing intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, copyright or trade secret or any contractual rights, and that they contain no matter which, if published, will be fraudulent, harassing, libellous, obscene, or a violation of any rights of publicly or privacy, or any law or regulation. You will fully indemnify us for all costs (including reasonable legal costs), losses and liabilities in relation to any claim by a third party claiming that the Post infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights

Data Protection: Snappy Shopper is the controller and responsible for any personal data comprising the Content and will process this in accordance with our privacy policy which is available on our website.

Entire Agreement. These Terms of and Conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the Content and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between us. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
